After 25 years of practice and countless conversations with patients, it was clear that even with the improved posture, healthy alignment, and enriched nerve system function we were providing, patients needed even more support in their pursuit of complete well being. With that concept in mind, we set on a path of bringing together experts in their field who could complement the benefits of chiropractic care and relaunched his practice that is today called Complete Wellness.

Complete Wellness offers a carefully selected range of service, all available under one roof, that directly reflect the needs of our patients. Massage because certain patients need a way to relax their muscles, acupuncture for patients who seek to balance their energy pattern, customized yoga for building core strength and flexibility, and orthotics for those who want to optimize their foot comfort and support. The Complete Wellness team can also meet the rehabilitation and injury prevention needs of patients. So whether you know what your needs are or you are looking for guidance, you are one step away from setting a course to live your life to its fullest potential. Health- what the heck is that?

Everyone wants to be healthy- but ask someone what it means? Ask 10 people and you might get 10 different answers.
Many people will say something related to feeling good. Is that it??? So here are a few fun facts:

1- in more that 50% of heart attacks, the first sign of not feeling good was the heart attack itself!
2- according to the World Health Organization, we rate number 38 of the worlds nations in the category of health
3- The USA spends MORE per person, than any nation on the planet on health.

Something is wrong with this picture!!! If you owned a sports team, spent more than any other owner and ended up in 38th place, you'd fire somebody! You'd fire everybody!!! So what do we do? What would you do? I would like to hear from you- and I don't believe the answer is political.

What is Wellness?

When I googled the definition of Wellness, this is what I got:

the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort.

We should all be asking ourselves right about now

What am I doing TODAY in my deliberate effort towards Wellness???
